The case arose from a Health and Safety Executive (NI) investigation into an incident on a construction site at Lisnaskea Co Fermanagh on 12th May 2011.</description>

		<description>Today (8 June 2010) the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland (HSENI) called the Northern Ireland Prison Service (NIPS) to account over a case of Legionnaires&#8217; Disease at H.M.P. Magilligan when an inmate died after being exposed to legionella bacteria whilst a patient in its Healthcare Unit.  The prisoner, who died in February 2007, had underlying health conditions.</description>
