HSENI’s One-2-One Helpline 0800 0320 121 provides information and advice on all aspects of workplace health and safety. A duty inspector is available should you have any concerns or questions regarding your workplace, on a confidential basis if required.

HSENI also has a telephone interpreting service available for persons whose first language is not English. The interpreting service can provide coverage for 150 languages ensuring equality for all customers. This facility can be accessed by phoning the One-2-One Helpline on 0800 0320 121.
