HSENI Headquarters

Looking for health and safety information or advice? Then you've come to the right place! HSENI's Information and Advice Centre, at 83 Ladas Drive will provide you with all the information and advice you need. Inside the Centre, you'll find a bright, welcoming atmosphere that boasts the best reference library of health and safety materials in Northern Ireland. Visitors are welcome to browse through the extensive reference books and free leaflets, view a video on a wide variety of subject areas, borrow a dvd/video, surf the health and safety net, utilise the study area or simply enjoy a cup of tea or coffee awhile browsing.
Visitors also have the opportunity to speak directly to an Inspector, should they have any concerns or questions regarding their workplace, on a confidential basis if required.

    Monday - Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm
    Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm
  • Car parking is available to our visitors and access is provided for wheelchair users. Access is via Ladas Way.

If you can't make it to the Information and Advice Centre, you can always use HSENI's One-2-One telephone service that allows you to speak directly to a duty inspector. This is a free phone service and provides advice on all aspects of workplace health and safety. This facility can be accessed by phoning the One-2-One Helpline on 0800 0320 121 or you can ask an advisor online.
For persons whose first language is not English, HSENI has a telephone interpreting service available. The interpreting service can provide coverage for 150 languages ensuring equality for all customers.  This service is available by calling HSENI's One-2-One Helpline on 0800 0320 121.
HSENI also operates two Regional Information and Advice Outlets in partnership with the District Councils. Operating in conjunction with Derry City Council, Foyle Street Library in Londonderry offers visitors a video lending service and an opportunity to obtain HSENI's workplace leaflets free of charge. HSENI workplace leaflets are also available at Craigavon Borough Council's offices.
