HSENI has four regional offices. These are located in Omagh, Cookstown, Coleraine and Enniskillen. These complement the existing Information and Advice Centre in Belfast and help HSENI in its commitment to improving HSENI services across all parts of Northern Ireland.

Public libraries
HSENI in partnership with the Education and Library Boards has placed an information pack in every library and mobile library allowing the public to access an extensive range of health and safety booklets and the recently launched Info4U disk containing key health and safety information in a variety of formats.As the regional authority for health and safety in Northern Ireland, HSENI is fully committed to the delivery of quality health and safety services that are responsive, customer focused, accessible and targeted to achieve maximum impact where it counts. Providing information to people in their local areas in this way helps to reach a wide cross section of people, be they employers, employees, union representatives, students or members of the public.
