Contacting HSENI during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic

Please note that during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic large numbers of HSENI staff will be working away from the office.

Only if you cannot find what you are looking for on our website please contact us using the following mailbox mail@hseni.gov.uk which will be monitored. This mailbox should also be used in preference to posting and sending in all general mail.

Statutory inspection reports relating to Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 should be forwarded to online@hseni.gov.uk

Also, given the current Covid-19 outbreak, and the advice to stay at home when possible, and also in order to minimise the pressure on key workers in the postal service, HSENI would kindly ask all suppliers who would normally post invoices to our premises at Ladas Drive, to please email them to finance@hseni.gov.uk and we will endeavour to pay them as quickly as possible. 

We appreciate your assistance with this and your patience as we try to process payments as promptly as possible whilst safeguarding our staff and others in society.
