The Approved List of biological agents and associated guidance are prepared by the Advisory Committee on Dangerous Pathogens (ACDP) at the request of the Health and Safety Executive. Approved for use with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003.
