Quarter 4
- 25 January 2019 - two Deuty Chief Executives, the Chairman (the Chairman's wife also attended) and two HSENI staff members were offered dinner (estimated value £50 per person) for attendance at the Northern Ireland Safety Group's 65th Anniversary Dinner. The hospitality was accepted and no approval required.
- 5 March 2019 - an Inspector was offered a cash gift (£50) by C Lynch as a thank you for delivery of a farm safety talk. Approval was required and the gift was rejected in line with HSENI's policy. The gift was returned.
- 5 March 2019 - an Inspector was offered a gift by way of a gift voucher (value £30) by I Thompson as a thank you for delivery of a farm safety talk. Approval was required and the gift was rejected in line with HSENI's policy. The gift was returned.

Quarter 3
- 26 October 2018 - a Deputy Chief Executive was offered a gift by way of a jar of coffee and box of biscuits (estimated value £15) from Mr David Osborne. The gift was rejected as it came from a potential conflict of interest, in accordance with HSENI's policy. THere was no approval required.
- 29 November 2018 - the Acting Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and Chairman were offered lunch at a Tripartite meeting by the Health and Safety Authority (estimated value £20 per person). The hospitality was accepted and no approval required.

- 20 June 2018 - the Chief Executive and Chairman attended a working lunch with the Health and Safety Authority (estimated value £20 per person). The hospitality was accepted with no approval required.
- 6 September 2018 - the Deputy Chief Executive was offered a gift set of a pen and notebook from IOSH after speaking at their conference (estimated value £20). The gift was accepted with no approval required.
- 13 September 2018 - the Chief Executive and senior management team attended a working lunch (estimated value 80 Euro) by Health and Safety Authority. The hospitality was accepted with no approval required.
- 17 September 2018 - the Chief Executive and Chairman attended a working lunch (estimated value £50) with the Health and Safety Review to conduct an interview with the Chairman. Hospitality was accepted with no approval required.
- 24 September 2018 - the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and HSENI staff were offered breakfast at a breakfast meeting of the Farm Safety Partnership Steering Group (estimated value £135 in total). Hospitality was accepted with no approval required.
