- 15 October 2019 - Deputy Chief Executive received lunch at the BuildHealth conference with an estimated value of £13. The hospitality was accepted with no approval required.
- 31 October 2019 - Chief Executive received a stainless steel pen as a gift (estimated value £30) for attenance at NEBOSH 40 year event. The gift was accepted with no approval required.
- 27/28 November 2019 - the Chief Executive received dinner (27 Nov) and lunch (28 Nov) (estimated value £40) for attenance at a Health and Safety Authority event. The hospitality was accepted with no approval required.
