HSENI guidance for doctors on the Control of Asbestos Regulations (NI) 2012.  Medical surveillance for workers carrying out non-licensable work with asbestos.

The Regulations require that higher risk work with asbestos must only be carried out by contractors who hold a licence issued by the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland (HSENI). Only short duration, lower risk, maintenance type tasks can be carried out by non-licensed workers.
