This online form is for notifying HSENI of new construction projects.
Before you start
The NI10 form should be completed and submitted by the client to HSENI in order to notify new construction projects as defined in the CDM regulations.
Please ensure you have the necessary information to complete all fields before submitting the NI10 form. This includes the name, address and contact details for the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, as well as details of the project (to be confirmed is not an acceptable response).
Incomplete forms cannot be registered by HSENI.

Forms completed online are accepted by HSENI as the equivalent of a client-signed hard copy form.
Upon submission, a PDF copy of the submitted NI10 form will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided on the form along with a reference number. The pdf version will be sent to the email address provided at 'Part A' of the form, at the section 'About You - Q4 - What is your email address'.
If you do not receive a copy of the pdf at the email address provided please check your junk/trash email folders before contacting HSENI.
For data protection reasons HSENI will only resend a copy (upon request) of the NI10 form to the email address provided on the electronic form.
