HSENI online forms will be unavailable all day on Sunday 7 December 2025 until 8.00am Monday 8 December 2025.
Online form submission via the HSENI website will not be available while this maintenance is occurring.
It is anticipated that the system will be available again from Monday 8 December 2025 at 8.00am if no problems are encountered during this maintenance.
