The consultations are as follows:

Proposals to approve the revised ACOP – L101 Safe work in confined spaces

This consultative document sets out proposals from HSENI to approve for use in Northern Ireland an updated ACOP on “Safe work in confined spaces: Confined Spaces Regulations 1997 (L101)”, drafted by HSE.

This ACOP and guidance is for those involved in work within confined spaces, those who employ or train such people and those that represent them.

This consultative document sets out proposals from HSENI to approve for use in Northern Ireland an updated ACOP on “L122 Safety of Pressure Systems”, drafted by HSE.

The revised ACOP and guidance is aimed at dutyholders under the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 (PSSR) who are involved with pressure systems used at work. It is for users, owners, competent persons, designers, manufacturers, importers, suppliers and installers of pressure systems used at work.

Proposals to approve the revised ACOP – L113 Safe use of lifting equipment
