EH40/2005 Workplace exposure limits
EH40/2005 Workplace Exposure Limits (Fourth edition, published 2020). Containing the List of Workplace Exposure Limits for Use with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (as amended).Approved for use with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003.The latest version of EH40/2005 has been updated to include new and revised workplace exposure limits (WELs) introduced by European Commission Directive (EU) 2017/2398. It will guide those responsible for controlling exposure to hazardous substances at work.
